miueend is operated by Guangzhou Yaluo E-Commerce Co., Ltd., a company based in Guangzhou, China. U.S. customer orders are fulfilled and shipped from our U.S. warehouse.

Order processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation, before being handed to the carrier. Tracking details are sent to the email address provided at checkout once an order ships.

Shipping options and charges

For destinations in our configured U.S. domestic shipping zone, standard shipping is $8 USD on orders below $59 USD and free on orders of $59 USD or more. The threshold is based on the cart subtotal after discounts and before taxes, excluding shipping charges. The zone includes all U.S. states, Washington, D.C., and the territories and military postal regions listed at checkout. Available services depend on the destination entered at checkout.

Express shipping costs $15 USD and is not included in the free standard shipping offer. Available methods and final charges are shown at checkout before purchase.

After dispatch, estimated transit is 3–7 business days for standard shipping and 1–3 business days for express shipping. These estimates exclude the 1–3 business days needed to process an order. Actual delivery may vary by destination, carrier, weather and other delays.
