30-day return request period

You may request a return within 30 days after delivery. Contact us within that period before sending your item back.

Return conditions

Items must be unused and in the same condition as received, with tags where applicable and in their original packaging. Eligibility may depend on the item and any return restrictions stated on its product listing at the time of purchase. Contact us if you are unsure whether an item is eligible.

Subject to applicable law, a refund may be reduced if the item has been used, damaged or handled beyond what is necessary.

How to request a return

Email info@miueend.shop with your order number and reason for the return. If an item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect, describe the issue so we can review it. Returns are made by mail; contact us before shipping so we can provide instructions. Keep the product and its packaging until we respond.

Return shipping costs

For change-of-mind returns, you are responsible for return shipping costs unless we state otherwise or applicable law requires otherwise.

For damaged, incorrect or defective items or quality issues, please contact us before sending the item back. Once we verify the issue, we will cover return shipping and provide return instructions.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Please inspect your order on delivery and contact us promptly if an item is damaged, defective, incorrect or has a quality issue. Describe the issue and include your order number so we can review it and provide instructions.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will let you know whether your refund is approved. If approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, subject to any shorter period required by applicable law. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to make the funds available.

If your approved refund has not been initiated within 10 business days after approval, or you need help checking its status, email info@miueend.shop with your order number.
